4506 slot 6 issue

I have an older style 4506 running CAT-OS. When I add a POE blade to slot 6 it is unrecognized by the chassis.

Do other cards work in slot 6 ?? also you might want to check the power , the old catos boxes had limited PS's and it may not be enough to power 2 POE blades , don't know for sure though . Does it show anything in the log for when you plug the card in ?
