Solved: Unity Connection 7 and alternate extensions

Hello folks

I have unity connection 7 and a shared voice mail. If I configure multiple extensions on MWI it doesn't lid the light on the phone if I set it to notify the user on the secondary or tertiary extension, only on the primary. it only shows the envelope

Do you know a way to solve this?

This is a CallManager configuration, check out "Visual Message Waiting Indicator Policy" setting on the Line or to change the default behavior adjust global service parameter of the same name.
