Hello,
A custumer wants to show information on its IP phone 7945/65/75, they want to get the info from a excel file and select some specific data.
Does any of you have an example of how to do this?, any link?

Do they want to push the information to IP phones or have it pulled by the user via services button on an IP phone?
You just have to write code to read the Excel data and convert it into an XML format that these phones support. Check out Cisco's SDK for CUCM.
Also, there are 3rd party software, such as PhoneTop Messenger, to push text notifications and audio pages to Cisco IP phone groups. Some of these vendors offer custom integration with CRM or with Excel files.

Does the information on the excel file changes often? What kind of information is it, i.e phone book, weather updates, etc? If we have a bit more detail, I can suggest what objects to use from Cisco's SDK. For example, you may have to use CiscoIPPhoneMenu.

Hi msabir,
Thanks again.
Yes, the information is going to be change often; mainly it will be statistics of sales.
In fact we are taking into account that we have to use ciscoIPPohoneMenu
Thanks a lot.
