Can we build STM Network (topology)or generate STM Traffic with
CISCO 3825 Router , NM-1A-OC3-POM, SFP-OC3-LR1, WIC-2T and
Cisco Catalyst 6503E, WS-SUP32-GE-3B, S323ISM-12218SXF, 7600-SIP-200, SPA-4XOC3-ATM, SFP-OC3-LR1.
Cn any one help to build test bed.

By STM topology, do you mean that you want ring protection?
If my understanding in above sentence is correct than you need POS (packet over SONET cards). I think they are available in only with high end routers like in 7600 seriesboveand a.
Most of the cards you mentioned above are not POS cards with all these cards you have to buy SDH/SONET boxes so that these cards can go to those SONET/SDH boxes and those SDH boxes can form SDH topology.

I believe the answer is yes.
I do not know about the MN-1A-OC3-POM card, but there are several kinds of NM-1A-OC3 cards that support STM1 traffic for the 3825.

And the SPA-4XOC3-ATM card also supports STM1.
