Hi for all
I have call manager 4.2 and I need to create limited account just control in phones feature , extension numbers , phone template and call search space (CSS),and can't configure any thing else.

You need to enable MLA (multi-level access) in CUCM and create different accounts, if you browse our site you will find configuration guides.
