High CPU utilization on Cisco Router 7513

Hi Guys,

I have a cisco router 7513 with RSP 16 and 2 VIP 6-80 and 2 4-80, the problem is that my VIP are running at 99% CPU but my RSP is running at 21%.

i have configured Distributed Cef, and it began to happen two weeks ago, i did some research on cisco web but i can not see what could be the cause on the paper that i have read?

Please some help!!!

show proc cpu from Slot 5:

CPU utilization for five seconds: 99%/99%; one minute: 99%; five minutes: 99%

er-plcgua1#sh processes cpu

CPU utilization for five seconds: 18%/10%; one minute: 19%; five minutes: 19%
