Hello

Can someone explain to me how Dial Peer 0 works. Presently some of our outgoing calls to the PSTN are using this Dial Peer, I think its because there is no dial-peer for the calling number or the calling number has a restricted CLI.

More info on this Dial Peer would be useful.
