This is for a Contact Center - all users have headsets.
Requirement is that when an Agnet gets a call the ringing is heard only by the Agent in his/her headset and not by other people.
How do you configure CM for this requirement?
It is not possible to configure ringtone only on headset. If you require a ziptone to the headset instead of ringing the phone, the agent DN will have to be configured for auto-answer.
