Ran into an issue with our CIPC phones. This is the first time we have tried to configure them and when I load the phone I add the UC500 IP as the TFTP server and the phone attempts to load. Then it gets an error:
Registration rejected: No configuration entry....
Any ideas?

Try to turn auto-reg on under telephony-service, or configure an ephone for your CIPC, with the mac address of your PC and the type set to CIPC. Do not forget to assign a button.
Thanks,
Marcos

Yes, this is possible using overlay DN's or octo DN's. Octo DN's are easier. Just create an ephone-dn with the "octo-line" keyword and assign it via the button command to both devices.
Thanks,
Marcos

Delete ephone-dn 31 and re-create it as an octo-dn with the same sub-commands:
ephone-dn 31 octo-dn
number 116
.
.
.
Then, assign it to a button on your CIPC and your hard phone:
!
ephone 11
button 1:31
!
ephone 36
button 1:31
!
Let me know,

While I am on the CIPC phones I thought I would ask. Is it possible to mirror a desk phone with a CIPC phone? Basically making my softphone a mirror of the desk phone so it rings both number simultaneously and so users see my soft phone as if it were the desk phone?

OK, that sounds logical, I am still not 100% on my config, below is what I have, I can't test until tomorrow when I get back into the office.
My main extension is 116. What I want out of this configuration is to have users call extension 116 and for both my deskphone and my CIPC phone to ring.
