CUCM 613 ClickToCall authentication failed

Hi,

Users have been imported with BAT with default password and PIN to 12345.

Login onto CUCM Web User works well but to use ClickToCall Widget (Webdialer) I have to reinitialize the user's passwords in CUCM end users administration.

Go to CCMAdmin > User Management > End User. Click "Edit Credential" next to the password. Make sure "User Must Change at Next Login" was UNCHECKED.
