IPMA assistant can not log in voicemail because IPMA screen reappears

Hi,

We have an issue with IPMA on the CUCM6.1(3). When an IPMA assistant tries to login her voicemail, the screen swithes so she can put in her password for Unity.

After a very short time period the display of the IP phone switches back to the original display for her IPMA.

Is there a parameter in CUCM6.1(3) where you can tweak this behaviour? If not, what can I do as a workarround?

Hi,

You have to remove automatic update on IPMA Service of the phone.

I have the same problem on a Ip Phone where the screen of IPMA appears on a new call arriving on the phone...

Any have a solution ?

Hi all ,

did you find any way to remove Assistant Watch Window from Assistant Phone LCD?

Even with IPMA service unsubscribe , but using Assistant Console Software , this window pop ups everytime use my phone or application.
