We are converting from AVAYA phones to Cisco IP phones. All the users are already on Unity using PIMG's.
When I go into bulk edit to change the switch type it is grayed out. When I show the help for the page it tells me it would only work for 4.2 and lower.
Is there some way to bulk change the switch type on groups of users?
