Cisco View error for 3845 router

Hi

LMS version 2.6 CISCO VIEW VERSION 6.1.5

we have installed Rtr3800.cv50.v8-0.zip

also we have copied missing pkgRtr3800.cv50.v8-0.zip)

FROM NMSROOT/www/classpath/com/cisco/nm/xms/psu/pkgs/cvw

TO NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/CVng/WEB-INF/classes/com/cisco/nm/cvw/devpkgs, Than restarted demon services

but getting this below error message

Message

Can't find applicable device package for 172.16.254.46.

Cause

Device package for this device type is not installed or device support for this device type might not be available or you are attempting to open a component inside a device.

Plse let me know the solution

If you had to manually copy the package, then something is not right in your installation. You may be missing other required packages. Make sure you also have NGMARShare.cv50.v1-7.zip properly installed.

Also, make sure the permissions on the packages allow for casuser to have full control.

Also, what is the sysObjectID of 172.16.254.46? It may be that this device is not supported by this package.

I have resolved the issue by just renaimimg the (Rtr3800.cv50.v8-0.zip).

to Rtr3800.zip than it sync and now i am able to see cisco view.
