I am planning on stacking 3 3750's. Do all need to have the same IOS? If one has a different IOS is there a command to have the master load his ios onto the switch with the different ios.

Switches with the same major version number but with a different minor version number as the stack master are considered partially compatible.

You can have the master update the IOS on all the stacked switches.
