the following error is displayed when I try to installed supervisor desktop for CCX5 premium.
"A conflict has been detected with the application. See product documentation for a listing of valid configuration"
What it could be the problem???
I have already disable antivirus....
any idea???

Hi,
we had to install the application in other PC and works fine.
The PC that displayed that message had a lot of application that maybe create a conflic with supervisor agent.
have you try in other PC or lap??
