I am getting error HTTP error 404!
ANY IDEA???

Did you mean IPPM? Could you give more details? at which step you got the error?

I created a standerd XML service in ccm with service url
http://
and in presence
Verify IPPM service is active
Verify IPPM settings entry exists
Verify valid IPPM application username
Verify valid IPPM application password
Verify IPPM application username/password matches configured Cisco Unified Communications Manager application username/password
Verify IPPM service is running
everything is showing Ok
But when I click sevices>messenger on ip phone getting error 404?

I think your URL might be missing the port number. Per document (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cups/6_0_1/install_upgrade/deployment/guide/dgcucm.html#wp1049968), it should be http://my-cups:8081/ippm/default?name=#DEVICENAME#
