I'm reading about Ethernet over Docsis and the L2VPN by Cisco.

I'm trying to understand the benefits of it against typical leased lines eg T1.

With L2VPN can i configure a Contention Ratio which is attractive to SMB?

How can i do it?

What services are E-Line and E-Lan and what benefits does they have?
