DTMF not send with handset

I have a CUCM 6.x and a voice mail system.

When I try to hear a message from my voice mail working fine if I push "messages" softkey of my 7911 ip phone but it doesn't work with handset, It is like the DTMF are not sending or voice mail not understanding this DTMF tones.

It is as if the voice mail did not understand the DTMF.

Any ideas?

Make sure you're not on 8.4.1 or 8.4.1 SR 1

Ok I check it and I have 8.4.1 SR 1

I'll try to downgrade the firmware to workaround and test it.

I upgrade firmware to 8-4-4 and it is working fine.
