Hunt Group/Line Group distribution algorithm

I have setup a new line group with a distribution algorithm of "top down". I have 3 users in this LG. When I call into the line group it goes to the first user, but it never rings the remaining two members it goes to the voicemail settings on the hunt pilot. I need it to roll to the other members in the line group before going to voicemail.

Hi Daniel,

For the second and third members of the Line Group can you have a look at their Phone Configuration page via ccmadmin?

Make sure this is checked;

Logged into Hunt Group

Hi Rob,

Thanks for the help. But I forgot to mention that if I move any of them up to the top of the line group it works for them, then rolls to the vm setting, however it never rolls to the remaining users within that list.

Yes - all the phones have the "logged into Hunt group" option"

Any other ideas?

Hi Daniel,

On the Line Group config page (Under Hunt Options) **Busy - No Answer - Not Available > Set

Try next member - instead of "Stop Hunting"
