System was restarted by bus error at PC 0x4009D418, address 0xB0D0AFD at *** time/date.

The PC and Address value is the same in all cases.

Is this can be the physical memory problem?

One SDSL line is flapping every minute due to problem at ISP end. is this can be the problem?

In most cases these are software bugs. You can upgrade IOS in the hope it won't happen anymore.

Can you attach your crashinfo file?

Hii,

Could you check the config register value on your router. Is it changed or 0x2102 only ?
