LMS 3.1 - Sync between DCR/CM and RME sometimes doesn't work

Hi there,

within our network we don't use the autodiscovery mechanism and add devices manually.

We discovered that after running a while new (manually) added devices aren't added/sync'd between DCR and RME (after CM DataCollection.

Doing a manual RME-Device-Resubmit results in devices not inventory and configuration-collected.

Only restarting the whole LMS-Application correctly manages the devices in RME.

Is this a know problem?

To append:

- The devices show up in RME Device-Management under Pending devices.

But they will never be "managed" by RME.

Hi,

What version of LMS do u have. Also what is the hostname of the LMS Server. Send the details of the version of all modules also. Any screenshots would be helpful..
