i have aproblem regarding expansion module 7915

i added two expansion modules to my phone 7962G and configured it with attached modules 1 and 2 in cucm 6.1 i found that all the time all modules buttons are amber and after that i found that no loads exist for expansion module 7915 in cucm 6.1 how can i resolve it the load and how to upload it to call manager 6.1 and which program sftp i can use to upload it

apply the latest devpack for your CUCM version, you can try freeFTPD

also download and install the 7915 FW available from download center or simply searching on CCO

BTW: why open a case with us but also post at netpro???
