We have a proxy server in-house that forwards to a web filtering service out of our network. Management wants laptops to be controlled while out of the office, but the company that filters web traffic charges extra per user for this functionality. Our question is, does Cisco have any security mechanism/software that would force a user to create a vpn tunnel into our network before being able to get on the internet?
