I just wanted to know if one can add two additional Gigabit Ethernet ports on Cisco 2821 Router in addition to the two intergraded so to make four.

If you have in mind the HWIC-1GE-SFP, according to Table 3 within http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/routers/ps5854/product_data_sheet0900aecd8016be8d.html, only one is supported in the 2821. (Also keep in mind the 2821 doesn't have the performance to fully drive a single gig port.)
