Hi,
I have upgraded Call Manager from 4.1(3) to 4.2(3). After upgrade I run Cisco Unified CallManager Customer Directory Plugin on all servers starting with publisher.
When I add user on AD, I can see it on Call Manager, on user I can add or remove ip phone association, but I got an error when I try to enable CTI Application use:
Error
The following error occurred while trying to load the requested page.
Could not update user. 1
________________________________________________________
Error No: -1002
Error Description: Failed to read LDAP Directory for configuration information
A users that already have enabled cti application don't have problems.
Please, where to look further, where can be a problem?

Try to do the following:
- Change UserDirAccess to 'true' in the C:\dcdsrvr\Config\UMDirectoryConfiguration.ini file
- Restart IIS Admin service

Hi,
well it was problem in wrong LDAP server.
First time we have done integration with server which is now secondary AD server. The team who works with AD, they changed it and we didn't know it :)
Now, everything works fine.
