Hi all!

I wonder if a solution is possible for failover lan-to-lan with the secondary (failover) on another website (long distance), using a switch to the solution between the primary and secondary.

Attachment topology as an example.

I Appreciate any help.

Question - I presume that the DR is a seperate Internet routable IP address space?

Are the 2 sites serviced by the same ISP?

Hi Andrew!

Yes, the company is an IP address and DR is other IP.

The 2 sites are serviced by the same ISP.

Thank you.

Jose,

So the 2 sites have seperate IP addresses? If so what you are talking is about - is not possible.

The remote VPN clients will need to connect to another outside IP address in the event of failover, however AFAIK this cannot be a seperate IP range.
