I have a vg224 version 12.4<20>ya3 configured for sccp. I can put an IP phone on hold and pick it up on an analog and all works OK. The problem is I get a ring cycle on the phone that initiated the hold. Can this be turned off?

The MOH source that is configured on a CTI Port as the User Hold Audio Source is what a caller will hear when on hold.
