PRI flapping

I am getting the following in my logs any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Apr 29 11:57:02.238 EDT: %CONTROLLER-5-UPDOWN: Controller T1 3/0, changed state to down (RAI detected)

Apr 29 11:57:02.242 EDT: %ISDN-6-LAYER2DOWN: Layer 2 for Interface Se3/0:23, TEI 0 changed to down

Apr 29 11:57:04.238 EDT: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Serial3/0:23, changed state to down

Apr 29 11:57:04.238 EDT: %CONTROLLER-5-UPDOWN: Controller T1 3/0, changed state to up

Apr 29 11:57:04.342 EDT: %ISDN-6-LAYER2UP: Layer 2 for Interface Se3/0:23, TEI 0 changed to up

Apr 29 11:57:06.242 EDT: %LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Serial3/0:23, changed state to up

Hello Mike,

there was a problem on the T1 line with alarm RAI = Remote Alarm Indicator detected then the alarm was withdrawn and the controller and line came up again.

If this has happened many times you should call the ISDN provider and ask them to verify the line.

Thanks for the reply. That is what I thought. I have not done a lot of troubleshooting with PRI's and I just wanted to make sure I was not missing something.
