Upgrading to IOS 20T on 3 networked UC500's

We have a client with 3 Cisco UC520 8 port boxes. The 3 are networked for ext to ext dialing between the sites. Each runs their own Auto Attendant.

Two of the sites are out of state running on analog services, the 3rd/Main site is local and runs SIP.

We're ready to upgrade all 3 to 20T, but wondered if we can upgrade one at a time without causing any issues ?

We'd start with the Main site...

Any input or advice would be appreciated.

Hi Stacy,

You shouldnt have any problems if you are doing a staged roll out.

In any event make sure you do a backup of the running Configuration of the CME, and also the CUE before you proceed, this will assist you to bring your system back online if something was to happen to the configuration during the upgrade.

Then before proceeding to the other sites, make sure you follow the same proceedure, and also ensure you do proper planning before moving full steam ahead, proper plannings a smooth roll out.

Good Luck.
