hi
i have unity 4.0(5), i need to make calls sent directly to e.g 9xxxxxx(a mobile number) during 9am-3pm but after that i need the caller to leave a message
i have tried 2 ways for this
1-in the subscriber made in standard greeting , to go to subuscribers phone nuber , and put in the transfer part the pstn no,and in the closed greating i made it take message
2-creat a callhandler and send the after standerd greating to this handler where is transferd to pstn no

In step 1, did you create a new schedule reflecting the 9-3 time so it will hit standard during open and closed during closed?

You will need to modify the Restriction Table to allow transfer to an external number. Unity admin > Call Management > Restriction Tables.

Make sure your restriction table in Unity allows 9XXXXXXX access.

yes i did allowed the pattern 9xxxxx
and it is working
but what i am thinking of is that it can be done in the subscriber without using the handlerm, an i wrong or missing somthing
