Cisco Support Tools Server "Batch Mode"

I am trying to collect ICM logs using the "Batch Mode", I create a log group, and then schedule the collection. I look in "Pending Jobs" and there is nothing, then I look in "Log Collections" and still nothing. The "Interactive Mode" works without issue. Running version 2.4.1.252. From logs I can see clearly that log collection jobs are getting into the pending list.

But nothing ever shows up, what am I missing.

I have this problem too.

What version ICM and support tool version you are running? Is the Support Tools Server a stand-alone server?

ICM 7.1(5) ES52, ES82, ES119, ET121, ES128, ES136

Support Tool Server 2.4.1.252

Yes the Support Tools Server is on a stand-alone server.
