3G WWAN IPCP error

I'm having problems with de 3G odem.This is the ppp debug. I couldn't find the error.

Your ISP might be terminating the call.

Actually the ISP is not terminating, instead since no reply is received after the 2nd IPCP configuration attempt, router terminates.

Is that where "no ppp lcp fast-start" helps then?

I don't think so, nothing fixes missing packets.
