We recently added new devices to our network environment. Although I thought my settings was right both on Ciscoworks and Switch side, I still got the error message "CM0056 Config fetch failed for tdc-mgmt-02 Cause: CM0204 Could not create DeviceContext for 152 Cause: CM0202 Could not access 172.24.151.35 via SNMP. Action: Check the Read Community string Action: Check if required device packages are available in RME. Action: Check if protocol is supported by device and required device package is installed." when I tried to collect data and configuration. I suspect our current RME version does not support new devices. Our RME version is 4.1, our devices are C2960-24TT and 3750G-24TS-1U.
Thanks for your help!

You can find the current LMS 3.0 support lists at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_lan_management_solution/3.0/device_support/table/lms30sdt.html . However, you should really upgrade to LMS 3.0.1 so that you can apply the new RME device packages. LMS 3.0.1 can be downloaded from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/lms301 . Once you're on LMS 3.0.1, go to Common Services > Software Center > Device Update, and download and install all available updates for Common Services and RME.
