The the phones are configured are they have 3 physical lines on the phone with max busy as 1 on each of the lines. I have assigned all the lines to a user. I can only see the Presence status of the first line,In the Presence Viewer for the 2nd and the 3rd lines it shows a "?"
Is there anything i am missing or i need to do to fix this?
