i have CME 3.2,i need the phone load for cp7912.

According to the CME 3.2 specification, the phone load for 7912 is CP7912040000SCCP40701A.sbin which is firmware release 4.0. Please verify that you configure tftp-server flash:filename and load phone-type firmware-file under the telephony service.

7912 FW is often buggy. Use the latest available from the CCO download section.
