I would like to know if we can configure a PC as a VPN peer to terminate a site-to-site tunnel on it? if so , could you please let me know how to do that and the software(s) that enables this feature on the PC.
You would need to turn the PC into a VPN device, you would need to the PC into a firewall - something like smoothwall.
