ACE - Order of Operations?

Hi Gang,

Does anyone know if there is a document that explains the order of operations for ACE? I'm looking for something similar to the NAT order of operations doc found here:

Greg,

there is no such document.

But the path of traffic inside ACE is

Fastpath -->ICM --> LB --> OCM --> FP

Fastpath does normalization

ICM does inboud ACL - policy matching

LB does loadbalancing

OCM does Nating and outbound ACL

So, you can see the order of operation.

The ME (microengines) have stats that you can check with "sho np [1|2] me-stats '-s'"
