Hello, Can someone assist me with this problem? Some agent I can monitor other agents receive the following error message. Is it a NIC issue if so which NIC do you recommend.

I have these to documents. However I'm not sure which card will work. Or if any have been tested. Our network team swears old the nic we have are the same. They come with the Dell computer.

Also, the CTIOS sys manager guide has a great section on this.
Finally, if all NICs are the same ensure your phone configuration is the same, also check the network configuration for each port.
