CCM 4.1.3 Slow dialing - 100per cent process - Winmgmt

staff have a cluster with 2 CCM, version 4.1.3 and have peaks every 12 minutes to process 100 percent.

When I see in Device Manager, the process consumes most of the windows is the use Winmgmt.exe.

What has this same problem in this version of the CCM.

I know that Cisco recognizes this problem:

but I wonder if this problem occurs for all servers with this version.

In the current environment, I have 100 phones using the CCM
