Hi, Can anyone please highlight the main advantages of moving from CallManager 4.2 to CUCM 7.0 with a business perspective? So also is the case with Unity from 4.0 to 7.0 and IPCC 3.5 to 7.0.
I have come across several documents, but it would be great if I can have this in a concise way. Thanks in advance.

Hi Naveen,
I did compile a doc (attached) awhile back that does show the major "feature" changes between CCM 4.x and CUCM 7.x. I do think, for many reasons that this upgrade is highly recommended :)
Don't forget that CCM 4.2(x) has been announced as End of Life as well.
