I am upgrading Unity 4.0(5) VM only to 7.0 with Unified messaging. The unity upgrade is using existing hardware and the existing exchange server that will be used for unified messaging is exchange 2003.

Is there a document specific for this process? Something that tells me the detailed steps required.

I plan to use COBRAS for the Unity upgrade and the area that raises the biggest concern for me is the existing Unity subscribers matching up with the existing AD accounts on exchange.

I should note that the exchange aliases do not match the VM only aliases.
