Probleme with JTAPI version just after installation

Do you how to solve this message?

"An error has occurred while trying to resynchronize the Cisco JTAPI Client"?

If you see an error window you should try doing following

1. Download JTAP Client from Call manager Plugins and install it on IPCC.

2. Create c:\winnt and copy java folder there.

Now resync Hope it will resolve your issue.

Are you using CRS Administration or Unified CCX Administration?

can you tell me how you were able to resolve that? I am facing the same issue

This is so old, this is from when UCCX was called something else, and ran on a Windows server. None of this is applicable to 12.x.
