Can we setup dial by name at our voicemail box/call handler?
Basically, we want to setup a menu once the caller reach the voicemail greeting to call by name.
We have CUCM 6.1 and Unity 5.0

simply direct your users to a directory handler to get the functionality

Hope all is well my friend! Just wanted to add a note to the great tips from Java and Eldho (+5 points each guys:)
In your Opening Greeting (by default) Caller Input 4 is configured to go the system Directory Handler. So you should be able to leverage this :)
