Please, Could anyone tell me how to launch the Internet Explorer as external application using an argument (longer that 40 bytes), that is a URL,

This URL is composed via scripting is like this:

The values that start by AAE6... is variable, the previous values are constant:

http://acscrmdes:80/AHORROCORP/sfa/conts/edit.aspx?id=AAE6C0AD-E2A4-DD11-B770-000E0CDD20A1

When the agent answer the call, the IE is launched but the URL show only the first 40 characters.

If I use ECC variables, the CRS doesn't admin slash characters !!!

I haven't found a way to compose the constant value and the variable values, because, the CRS always type a blank space between the constant (http://acscrmdes:80/AHORROCORP/sfa/conts/edit.aspx?id=) and variable values (AAE6C0AD-E2A4-DD11-B770-000E0CDD20A1).

Any help or clue will be welcoming.
