How did you resolve this, we just upgraded to 7.02 and all the text on the colored phones (7945/7965) are white, is there a way to change back to black

Hi lbjr,

This would be included in the firmware. I had a few phones that were actually using the old firmware and I didn't notice it. I noticed the phones upgrading but the firmware must have reverted back to the default.

What firmware version are you using? You will want to update the firmware for these phones.

Initially my issue was that some of the phones where showing a white underlay on the Line Text and was distracting to users.
