Ring duration UCCX 5.0(2)SR2

I have a issue where a call will ring to an agent for only a split second and then go the next person that is ready, do the same thing until it reaches the end and goes to put the user on hold.

Tried re syncing the ports and it said "ok" on all of them. It is an intermittent issue, occurs randomly. It will occur only a couple of times day. Has anyone seen this? The users are using the agent desktop. The software versions are CUCM 6.1.1 with UCCX 5.0.(2)SR2.
