iam facing aproblem for installing device packs for cucm 6.1(2) i use free free ftpd but every time the callmanager declare amessage that "The remote server could not be located." or unknown error i dont know why please urgent reply
Windows Firewall maybe? Check IP connectivity and login credentials, Usually what it is. Ensure your default path is correct
