View calls in queue in detail in UCCX

We have a customer that wants to be able to view the calls in queue in detail. While we have attempted to discourage this, they are pushing the issue really hard.

In looking at the database, I see no place where this information is stored.

Is anyone aware of any way to view the individual contacts that are in an IPCC Express queue in real time?

I have this problem too.
