Hi friend, you need to associate the ip phone to a userid, and the user will be able to login and manage the ip phone features like spped dials and call forward all.

On the CCM->User page, create an user and go to device association and select the ip phone of the user.

Try login.

Hi,

1. User Association is required to phones.

2. You will have to associate the user to group "Standard CCM End Users"
