Hi team,
I am having call manager 4.3 in my network. I need to have call wake up or an alarm on my end devices (phones).can any one help in doing so? I am having 7970,7960 phones.

with meeting place express u can do this..Through ipphone services also u can do this
with callmanager- voice experts, please reply...

CCM is a call agent, what you need is something like an IVR that can record the information the user inputs into the system for the call.
there are NO means to do this with just CCM (in any version)
